Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be eligible for store credit equivalent to the product value. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Refunds (for damaged or defective products only): If your item is returned due to being damaged or defective, we will process a full refund back to the original method of payment. Refunds will be initiated within 15 working days of approval.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at help@indietoga.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund or store credit based on the return policy and notify the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For items over Rs.150, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
