Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days (excluding Sunday’s and Public holidays) after you place your order. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE shipping on all your orders. If you would like your order to be shipped through Express Shipping, please write to us at help@indietoga.com.

International Shipping

We currently don’t offer international shipping on our website but would be happy to help you own your favorite Indietoga products. Just write to us at help@indietoga.com and we will make it happen for you. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@indietoga.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
